Dr. Harvey D. Cohen was born in Brooklyn, New York, and graduated with honors from the Free University of Brussels Faculty of Medicine. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine.
Dr. Cohen previously served as an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of Southern California (USC) and established the Geriatric Assessment Program at Casa Colina Rehabilitation Hospital. He has extensive fundraising experience, contributing to organizations such as the American Thyroid Association, San Antonio Community Hospital, the Lewis Family Playhouse Community Foundation, and the FACMG Foundation.
He is a former member of Adult Protective Services and is an active public speaker on healthcare issues, presenting monthly at the Rancho Cucamonga and Upland senior centers. Dr. Cohen hosted a weekly radio program, The Dr’s Inn, on 590 AM for five years and contributed a health advice column, Ask Dr. Cohen: The Dr’s In, in the Daily Bulletin.
Dr. Cohen also served as the past President of the Medical Staff at San Antonio Regional Hospital.
Dr. Heather Davis is the Chief Medical Officer of HCOIE (Hospitalist Corporation of the Inland Empire) and Hospitalist Medical Director at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center (PVHMC). She has served as the Chief of Staff at PVHMC, a 450 bed, Comprehensive Stroke Center and Level II Trauma Center serving eastern Los Angeles and
western San Bernardino Counties. She has practiced Critical Care, Pulmonary Medicine, and Sleep Medicine in the area since 2004. She received her MD from Keck School of Medicine of USC in 1998. She speaks multiple languages, including Spanish

Dr. Praveena Jeereddi is a highly accomplished physician and the president of a leading hospitalist group, with a deep commitment to quality patient care. As the Medical Director for Health Care Avenues, Dr. Jeereddi oversees initiatives focused on proactive health management for older adults, emphasizing wellness and preventive strategies. Serving as a Youth Liaison on the FACMG Foundation Board, Taara brings a fresh perspective to initiatives that prioritize holistic community wellness.
